In 2023, we upgraded our dental practice to include 3D imaging. This technology helps us take detailed pictures of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). This technology helps us diagnose jaw joint issues like temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) and arthritis more accurately.
The same 3D equipment also measures airways, aiding in sleep apnea assessments. With these detailed pictures, we can see any problems that could cause sleep apnea. We can then work with experts to provide treatments like CPAP therapy or oral appliances.”
